The ZYB mobile pump truck is a new generation of water pump units independently developed and produced by our company, mainly used in flood and drought prevention, emergency rescue, municipal drainage and other fields. Mainly pulled by small trucks (pickups).

Composition of mobile pump truck: unpowered wheeled trailer, self-priming water pump, water-cooled diesel engine, explosion-proof fuel tank, protective cover, etc. Accessories and attachments include: domestically produced transparent steel wire hoses, fire-fighting water outlet belts, aluminum alloy French Paul quick couplings, cylindrical filter bottom valves, steel tiger clamps, etc.

Device startup

1. Place the mobile pump truck on a sturdy surface using four rotating mechanical support rods, then open the side door of the protective cover and connect the inlet and outlet pipes (or hoses) using quick couplings.

2. Check if the self-priming pump is filled with liquid; Check whether the fuel and oil of the diesel engine are normal; Check the battery voltage.

Equipment operation

1. Turn the start key of the diesel engine, and the self-priming pump will automatically fill and drain water under the drive of the diesel engine (the self-priming height and exhaust time may vary).

2. Observe the displacement and lock the diesel engine oil door in the required position. During the operation of the mobile pump truck, professional personnel must be arranged to observe on site.

Equipment shutdown

1. Turn down the throttle and turn the diesel engine stop key to stop the diesel engine from running.

2. Remove the inlet and outlet pipes (or hoses), tidy up the equipment environment inside the protective cover, and close the doors on both sides.

3. Hook the unpowered trailer onto the specialized towing hook for small trucks (pickups).

Structural principle

Install a direct coupled self-priming water pump and water-cooled diesel engine (with fuel tank) on an unpowered trailer (including bow plate shock absorbers, trailer towing hooks, four rotating mechanical support rods, and 14 inch dedicated tires), which can draw water from the rear of the vehicle and can be discharged in both directions; At the same time, two side door type protective covers are installed on the unpowered trailer, with the side doors supported by upper suspension rods, equipped with smoke exhaust pipes, and an operating platform to achieve work procedures such as pump truck start-up, acceleration, shutdown, and monitoring; The inlet and outlet pipes (or hoses) are connected to the water pump using quick couplings.
